Yes, at least as long as sea levels stay below 76.5 metres (Toronto’s lowest point, along the waterfront). If Greenland and Antarctica’s ice sheets melt, sea levels will only rise by about sixty metres. So, in the event of extreme global warming, it looks like Toronto will survive the floods.
Take that Boston!
